Getting a License
- Go to catops.app/hub-licenses
- Choose a plan:
- Personal ($5) - Up to 3 devices, 7-day retention
- PRO ($99) - Unlimited devices, 30-day retention
- Complete payment
- Copy your license key from the confirmation page or email

- Deactivate on the old server (see below)
- Activate on the new server

On a machine with internet, go to

Enter your license key and request code

- Check for typos or extra spaces
- Ensure the license is for Hub (not Cloud)
- Try copying again from your email or dashboard

You’ve used all activation slots. Deactivate from another device first, or upgrade to PRO for unlimited devices.
Network error during activation

Hub needs internet access for initial activation. For offline networks, use the offline activation method above.
Upgrading License
To upgrade from Personal to PRO:- Purchase PRO at catops.app/hub-licenses
- In Hub, go to Settings → License
- Enter the new PRO license key
- The old license will be replaced
